Fabric: Sarong - Cotton, Top - Satin
Notions: Thread, invisible zipper, buttons
The top is constructed from a basic dress block with front and back darts, invisible zipper at the back, boat neckline and blouson sleeves. The sarong is constructed from a basic skirt block with front and back darts, overlapped front panels and a side zipper.
This baju kurung modern was supposed to be the second outfit for Hari Raya but I didn't have enough time and managed to complete only the top just before the day itself. It was only last month that I finished sewing the kain/sarong. Hee.
